Commercial Electronic Message Consent

This text explains your consent to commercial electronic messages sent by MEKRA TENİS SPOR TESİSLERİ YAP.ORG.SAN.VE TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. (Mekra Tenis Kort Sistemleri), under the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages.

Which messages?

Message Management System (İYS)

Your consent and refusal records may be registered in the Message Management System (İYS) where commercial electronic message legislation requires it. Your consent record consists of the consent date, source (for example which form it was given on), consent text and your contact detail, and is kept for the period prescribed by legislation. You can also view and change your own consents through İYS.
