Membership Agreement

1. Parties and subject

This agreement governs the terms for opening and using a membership account between MEKRA TENİS SPOR TESİSLERİ YAP.ORG.SAN.VE TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. (the "Company"; address: Tarabya Mah., Aydınevler Yıldırım Çıkmazı Sk., No: 2/2, 34457, Sarıyer, İstanbul; MERSIS: 0614001681100019; e-mail: [email protected]), the operator of mekra.com, and the person who registers on the site (the "Member"). By ticking the consent box on the registration form, the Member declares that they have read and accepted this agreement.

2. Membership terms

  • Membership is free. To register you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity; legal entities register through their authorised representatives.
  • The Member undertakes that the information given at registration is accurate, current and complete and keeps it up to date in their account.
  • One account per person or organisation is the rule. An account may not be transferred without the Company's written consent.
  • Orders can also be placed without registering; however, features such as order history, saved designs and return tracking require membership.
  • Dealer and contractor accounts are subject to a separate application and approval process, and additional terms may apply to them.

3. Account security

The Member is responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all actions taken through their account. A Member who suspects unauthorised use notifies [email protected] without delay. For security reasons the Company may temporarily restrict an account or require a password reset.

4. Company obligations

The Company provides the membership service with reasonable care, processes personal data in line with the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Membership Privacy Notice, and does not store payment card details. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security or force majeure.

5. Member obligations

The Member agrees to use the site in accordance with the law, public morals and this agreement, not to infringe the rights of others, not to use software or methods that harm the site and not to post unlawful content in comments and questions. Usage details are in the Terms of Use.

6. Notifications and consents

Order, account and security notifications are sent to the Member's registered e-mail address (and telephone, if any). Campaign and newsletter messages are sent only with the Member's separate consent; this consent is not a condition of membership and can be withdrawn at any time in account settings or via the link in the message (see the Commercial Electronic Message Consent).

7. Intellectual property

Designs, texts, images, software and trademarks on the site belong to the Company or their rightful owners. The Member retains rights in their own content but grants the Company a non-exclusive licence, limited to publication purposes, for content they allow to be published on the site.

8. Termination

The Member may ask for their membership to be closed at any time by writing to [email protected]. The Company may suspend or end a membership in case of breach, unlawful use or a security risk. Termination does not remove rights and obligations arising from completed orders; records we are legally required to keep are retained for the required period.

9. Changes

The Company may update the agreement in line with legislation or service changes. Material changes are announced by e-mail or on the site; the current version is on this page. A Member who keeps using the site after a change is deemed to accept the current terms; a Member who does not accept may close their membership.

10. Governing law and disputes

Turkish law applies. For transactions made as a consumer, the application and jurisdiction rules of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts) are reserved; for other disputes the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction.

11. Entry into force and contact

The agreement enters into force when the Member gives electronic consent and remains valid for the duration of the membership.
