SMS Notification Notice

MEKRA TENİS SPOR TESİSLERİ YAP.ORG.SAN.VE TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. (Mekra Tenis Kort Sistemleri) may send two types of SMS to your mobile phone.

1. Notification SMS

SMS needed to carry out the service, such as order confirmation, shipping and delivery status, the return process, verification codes and account security, are sent as a requirement of your order or account. No advertising content is added to these SMS.

2. Promotional SMS

Promotional SMS such as campaigns, discounts, new products and maintenance tips are sent only if you give SMS consent on the membership form, in your account settings or on the relevant form. This consent is optional and specific to your number; if you change your number, you need to give consent again for the new number. Your consent and refusal records are kept as required by İYS legislation (see the Commercial Electronic Message Consent).

3. Stopping SMS

You can stop promotional SMS at any time free of charge: with the refusal method stated in the SMS, in My Account → Profile → SMS, or by writing to us at [email protected]. After your request is processed, no promotional SMS is sent. Notification SMS may continue until the relevant transaction is complete.

4. Personal data
