Pre-Contract Information Form

This form is provided under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation to inform you as a consumer before a distance sales contract is concluded for an order placed on mekra.com. Please read it carefully before confirming your order.

1. Seller and buyer information

The Buyer's details are the details you entered on the checkout page. Because a national ID number is personal data, it is shown only partially (masked) in this document.

3. Price, taxes and payment

• The total shown in the order summary includes the product price, all taxes including VAT and, where applicable, the shipping (delivery) charge. The shipping charge is clearly shown at checkout.
• Payment is taken in Turkish lira and the invoice is issued in Turkish lira. If a price is displayed in another currency, the Turkish lira amount calculated at the exchange rate at the time of payment is stated at checkout.
• Payment methods are listed at checkout: credit or debit card (instalment options, if any, depend on your bank) and/or bank transfer. We do not store your card details; card transactions are processed on the secure infrastructure of the payment institution or bank.
• For bank transfer payments, the order is processed once the payment reaches our account.

4. Delivery

The product is sent to the delivery address you provide at order time ((filled in from the details you enter at checkout)) by a contracted courier or freight company. The estimated delivery time of this order is: (stated at checkout). In general order preparation is expected to take 1–2 business days and transit 1–3 business days. In any case delivery is made within thirty days at the latest from the conclusion of the contract. Details are in the Delivery and Shipping Terms.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty. You can send your withdrawal notice to [email protected], to our KEP address [email protected], in writing to Tarabya Mah., Aydınevler Yıldırım Çıkmazı Sk., No: 2/2, 34457, Sarıyer, İstanbul, or through the "Returns" section of your account. If you withdraw, the price is refunded within 14 days at the latest after your notice reaches us, including standard delivery costs; you must send the product back within 10 days of your notice. Who bears the shipping cost of a return is determined in accordance with the applicable legislation and is communicated to you when your return request is processed.

Cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be used (Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15): in particular goods prepared according to the consumer's wishes or personal needs and made to a personal size, colour or specification; goods whose packaging, tape or seal has been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons; goods that after delivery are mixed with other items and by nature cannot be separated; and services whose performance began with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expired (for example site survey, installation or assembly services). 6. Defective goods and warranty

If the product turns out to be defective, under the provisions of Law No. 6502 on defective goods you may choose one of the rights of rescinding the contract, a price reduction, free repair or replacement with a defect-free item. The seller's and the manufacturer's/importer's obligations under the warranty certificate are reserved.

7. Complaints and recourse

You may first send your complaints to us using the contact details above. For disputes, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence or where the transaction was made within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court for disputes above those limits.

8. Retention of the contract and access

The contract and order records are kept for the period prescribed by legislation; you can access them through the order confirmation e-mail and, if you are a member, the My Orders section of your account.

9. Personal data

Your personal data is processed for the purposes and on the legal grounds explained in the KVKK Privacy Notice.

10. Confirmation
